STEP 1 : KNOW ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

FOR NEW STUDENTS (GRADE 11):

  • Enrollment Fee

  • 1 Original Copy of PSA Birth Certificate

  • 2 Photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate

  • No Grade of below 85 for Mathematics and Science

  • Form 137

  • Certificate of Good Moral or Character Recommendation

  • Photocopy of Junior High School (JHS) Completion Certification

  • Learner's Registration Number (LRN)

FOR TRANSFEREE STUDENTS (GRADES 12)

  • Enrollment Fee

  • No Failing Grade

  • No Grade of below 85 for Mathematics and Science
